Jack's Car Wash Co

The quality of service has declined since I first started coming here several years ago. Seems as though they rush and/or don't care anymore; you have to do your double checks when they say your vehicle is ready. Missed dust spots on the dash, interior windshield, and lower portions on the exterior. Such a shame since they charge steep prices then tip.

Staff were really kind and it was a decent price. Pulled in at a 11:56 and didn’t leave until 1:40 on a Saturday. They were busy so I had to walk to an attendant to check on my car, it was done but I wasn’t told so not sure how long it actually took. Not a biggie. For the price, I expected it to not be perfect, but at least wiped down enough. I have waterproof seats but seems like it wasn’t wiped down enough or vacuumed well. The guys handwashing inside didn’t do the best overall job either, I know it’s hot and fast, maybe some better tools instead of sponges/rags for a more thorough clean. My roof was still not cleaned.

This place used to be a good car wash. I recently went there and I was very disappointed with my experience , they didn’t wash my car right didn’t wipe down the inside of my car or vacuum it correctly. They left my windows all dirty , didn’t put armor on my tires . This place is way overpriced for the service that I got. I feel like I could’ve gone to Ride and Shine for this type of car wash. Waste of money , Gas ,time ! I paid $28.00 dollars and tip the person who was supposed to clean the car , I don’t recommend this car wash to anyone.

I wanted to have my car detailed but the guy wanted $70+ to start! A friend suggested Jack's and I'm glad she did! I got the most expensive package including wax for only $45! 2 people cleaned the inside and out and as I watched them work they took great care and pride in their work! I noticed this place was busy but they cleaned and moved cars in a reasonable amount of time. My car took about 20min but when I left my car looked brand new! I was almost willing to pay $70 to have someone come to my house but for the most expensive package at $45 I don't mind coming to Fresno! I'll be back for sure and this will be a favorite stop whenever I'm in town!

This place can be hit or miss. Today, when I went in to have my car cleaned, the guy finishing it after it came through the wash had a very different demeanor than I’m used to seeing there. He seemed like he was taking his sweet time and kind of standing around in between doing things. A few times I looked over and saw him just standing still in the doorway of my vehicle, on both sides, not moving. It’s obvious when they’re actually working and wiping things down, and his body language didn’t reflect that. There were also a couple of times when he got inside and closed the doors. He could have been wiping it down, but he did a very poor job on the interior. The surfaces weren’t properly wiped, the windows weren’t clean, the vacuuming was inadequate—my floor mats and carpet were still a mess, and my seats still had dust and sone spots on them. The biggest issue, though, happened when he told me the car was done and I walked over. He asked if it was mine and then started talking nonstop about how nice my interior was, how much he loved that it was brown leather and even asked if it was a custom interior. He talked so much that he didn’t give me a chance to respond to anything he wa
